How do I pay for my order and in which currency?
If you're placing an order outside Hungary, we can only accept online payments through our website; cash on delivery is not an option in this case. You can make your payment in Euros (EUR) or Hungarian Forints (HUF) directly on our website using secure payment methods.
 
Can I return products if they are not what I expected?
Certainly, you can return any product within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached and the original packaging included. For additional details, please refer to the Shipping & Return information on our website.
 
When will I receive a refund after returning an order?
Once we receive the product in its original condition within 14 days of the original receipt, your refund will be automatically issued via the original payment method within 14 days. Please note that if the care instructions are not followed, we cannot guarantee against discoloration or damage caused by misuse. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage will not be considered faulty.
 
Do I need a customer account to place an order?
No, you don't need to register to place an order. To complete your order, it’s only required to fill in information fields. While not mandatory, we recommend signing up for our newsletter to stay informed about the latest arrivals and discounts.
